Equipment built for construction residue

Construction dust is abrasive, alkaline and everywhere. We deploy HEPA-filtered industrial vacuums, rotary floor machines, steam units, telescopic pure-water glass systems and elevated work platforms where required. Acid and alkaline residues on stone, glass and aluminium are treated with substrate-appropriate chemistry so finishes are never etched or voided of warranty.

Handover documentation and defect response

Every area is signed off room by room with time-stamped photography, then supplied to your site manager as a completion pack. If an inspection raises a cleaning defect, a crew is back on site within 24 hours at no charge until the area is accepted. Our teams are white card certified, police checked, inducted to your SWMS and fully insured.
