Yes. Start of lease and make-ready cleaning prepares a property before you move in or before it goes to market, including sanitising every touchpoint and treating anything the previous occupant left behind.
Do I need to be there, and does the property need to be empty?
You do not need to be present — we can collect keys from your agent. The property should be empty of furniture and belongings so every surface can be reached; we can arrange rubbish removal if anything is left.
