Milestones

Fifteen years of the same standard

2011
One van, one builders clean
Donye Group began with a single vehicle, a set of ladders and a subcontract to detail a townhouse development before handover. The builder rebooked us for the next four projects, and word travelled through the trades.
2014
Into the towers
Our first high-rise contract added lobbies, lifts, car parks and rope-access glass to our capability. We invested in IRATA certification and swing-stage training rather than subcontracting the work out.
2017
Commercial and industrial divisions
Corporate floors, showrooms and warehouse facilities brought ride-on scrubbers, night crews and formal audit systems. Written scopes and scored inspections became standard on every site.
2020
Hospital-grade response
We rebuilt our chemistry, PPE and training around infection control, keeping essential facilities open through the most demanding period our industry has faced.
2023
A NSW-wide group
Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong operations now run under one quality system, one uniform standard and one accountable management team.
Today
Still judged on the last detail
Hundreds of buildings, thousands of cleans, and the same measure we started with: would we be comfortable if the client walked in unannounced?

A named supervisor owns every site. Issues are resolved by the person responsible, not passed through a call centre.

Scored audits, photographic sign-off and cleaning logs. We would rather be measured than trusted blindly.

Stone, glass, timber and steel each demand a method. Our teams are trained on substrates, not just checklists.
