Rotating strangers through your home is not housekeeping. We assign a small dedicated team with a named lead, who builds a property profile covering surfaces, products, alarm and access protocols, pets and your preferences. When someone is on leave, their cover is briefed from that profile before arriving.

Finishes treated correctly

Honed marble, oiled timber, brushed brass, natural stone and designer joinery all fail under supermarket chemistry. Our housekeepers are trained on pH-appropriate products and tested methods for each substrate, protecting the value of your interiors rather than slowly dulling them.

Discretion and trust

Every team member is police checked, reference verified, uniformed and covered by our insurance and confidentiality undertakings. Keys and codes are held under a controlled register, and we are comfortable working alongside estate managers, security and other household staff.

Will I have the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. We assign a consistent, police-checked housekeeping team to your home so your preferences, products and finishes are known and respected. A briefed backup team covers leave so your schedule never lapses.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
We supply all equipment and substrate-appropriate products, including pH-neutral chemistry for natural stone, marble and timber, HEPA vacuums and colour-coded microfibre. If you prefer specific or fragrance-free products, we will use yours instead.
Which parts of New South Wales do you clean homes in?
We provide domestic housekeeping across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Lower and Upper North Shore, Northern Beaches, Inner West and Hills District, plus Newcastle, the Central Coast and Wollongong. Service is limited to New South Wales.
How often should I book, and is there a contract?
Most clients choose weekly or fortnightly housekeeping, with monthly or seasonal deep cleans layered in. There is no lock-in contract — visits can be paused, moved or cancelled with 48 hours' notice.
Can you work with concierge access or an alarm when I'm out?
Yes. Our teams routinely work with alarm codes, key safes, concierge collection and building inductions under signed confidentiality agreements, so you do not need to be home.
Do you clean before or after events?
Yes. We provide pre-event presentation and post-event recovery cleaning, including glassware, kitchen reset, floor care and outdoor entertaining areas, usually within 24 hours of your function.
