Residential installation, finished like a fit-out

Most homes are installed in a single day. Panels are laid out for symmetry as well as yield, cable runs are concealed, penetrations are flashed and sealed to Australian Standards, and the isolators and inverter are mounted where you actually want them. We protect driveways, gardens and interiors and leave the site cleaner than we found it — our cleaning crews are on the same team.

Commercial and industrial roofs, without disrupting trade

For offices, retail, warehouses, factories and strata buildings we handle structural roof checks, engineered ballast or tilt frames on membrane roofs, three-phase inverters, CT metering, export control and staged installation. Works can run after hours or on weekends with a full traffic management and height-safety plan, plus roof access permits and inductions completed before mobilisation.

Grid connection and paperwork we own end to end

We lodge the network connection application, manage the pre-approval and post-installation notification, assign your small-scale technology certificates, and hand over the Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work, test results, single-line diagram and warranty registrations. You never have to chase your distributor or retailer yourself.

Monitoring and maintenance after switch-on

Every system is commissioned with monitoring configured on your phone, and we set generation alarms so under-performance is detected rather than discovered on a bill. Maintenance plans cover annual inspection, DC isolator and connector checks, inverter servicing, panel cleaning and bird proofing.

Frequently asked

Solar Installation questions

Straight answers about how AVALUX delivers solar installation across New South Wales — coverage, pricing, insurance and turnaround.

How long does a solar installation take?

A typical residential system is installed and commissioned in one day. Battery additions usually take a day, and commercial installations are staged over days or weeks depending on array size, roof access and switchboard works.

Will installation disrupt my business?

No. Commercial works can run after hours, on weekends or in stages, with roof access permits, height-safety and traffic management plans completed before mobilisation so trading and tenancies continue uninterrupted.

Do you handle the grid connection paperwork?

Yes. We lodge the network connection application, manage pre-approval and post-installation notification, arrange metering changes with your retailer, and assign your STCs.

What roof types can you install on?

Tile, Colorbond and metal deck, Klip-Lok, concrete and membrane roofs, plus tilt-frame and ballasted arrays for flat commercial roofs and ground-mount systems where roof space is limited. All penetrations are flashed and sealed to Australian Standards.

What happens after the system is switched on?

We configure monitoring on your phone, set under-performance alarms, and offer maintenance plans covering annual inspection, DC isolator and connector checks, inverter servicing and panel cleaning.
